This duvet cover has my heart! I was constantly sweating at night, so I decided to try bamboo bedding. I was sceptical because of the price, the wrinkling comments, and the lack of reviews. I've never felt anything so cloudy and warm (yet cool to the touch and soft without the microfiber feel) in my life. My down comforter feels as if it's made of straw paper as a result of this. I'm not trying to draw attention to myself. On my Target brand thin down-filled duvet, I use the duvet cover. alternative comforter (90x90) for a custom fit. To get to this "broken in" soft feel, it took a few days out of the washer and dryer. br>br>Excellent quality, lovely seam work, and a zipper closure. It appears that the bedding is from a hotel. Under my comforter, it creates a relaxing, cool environment. When I sleep under a regular cotton duvet, I get hot. I've never had a problem with my clothes wrinkled after drying. Cotton is significantly more harmful. I followed all of the guidelines for proper laundry. (1) Use 1/4 normal detergent and wash on a cool, gentle cycle. Since cold water does not kill germs, I also used Lysol Laundry Sterilizer. (2) Use a light fabric softener with the "Extra Rinse" feature turned on. (3) Placed one Bounce sheet in the dryer on Medium heat. (4) Took the clothes out of the dryer as soon as they were finished (about an hour). br>br>It's a must-have!.

It appeals to me. I am a hot sleeper who shares my bed with two small radiator dogs. As a result, I become hot, irritable, and unable to sleep. I've paired it with a summer duvet and a chilipad, as well as 10mg Lexapro, and I'm sleeping like a baby. However, my boyfriend spilled coffee on it the other day, and I was so angry that I almost killed him. So I had to switch to a different blanket, which was not nearly as comfortable. I awoke in the middle of the night angry as hell, despite the fact that the lexapro wasn't helping. I'm never going back to using anything else.

I wear 100% Bamboo as a hot and sensitive skinned sleeper. I'm aware that it's wrinkled, but I don't mind. I can't function unless I get enough rest. This duvet set, along with my new weighted bamboo cooling blanket, made me very happy. After rubbing my fingers across the fabric, however - still in its original packaging - I immediately recognized this as a bamboo blend. It has a delicate texture. It has a satin finish to it. Bamboo, on the other hand, is a different story. That's not cool at all. It felt like air was 'trapped' within the fibers, and my fingers were getting hot. I had my husband give me a second opinion in case my senses were off, but he (grudgingly) agreed that it was not 100% bamboo (because that would mean that he has He was also aware of the heat retention. Then I compared it to other 100% bamboo bedding items I already had and this duvet didn t feel the same. br>br>I recently received another bamboo duvet set from a different brand/vendor (unfortunately, it's just a plain taupe - sigh). not a stunning deep burgundy like this%), and it feels 100% bamboo. This is exactly what I've been looking for. If you don't mind the heat, this could be a good option for you!.

I'm hoping that Defect and CS aren't as bad as they appear. Update 11/14/20br>br>I washed both the original and replacement defective. The first edition (cover) Both pillowcases) unraveled even more and produced so much lint that my dryer was bursting at the seams! br>br>The new cover washed beautifully, with no lint, tears, or unraveling threads. The fit, however, is a little off, and my comforter slides down inside, despite the fact that I used the ties. The fact that I got a replacement duvet cover only roughly shoved into such a small envelope, with no other type of packaging or protection, after somewhat pushing for it, was mostly a big disappointment, as was the fact that it split open in the mail and the actual cover was exposed. Because I couldn't sanitize it with hot water, the way it was sent to me was a problem. Yes, the fabric feels and looks nice, but I had a terrible time with it. We'll see how long it lasts. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>br>The material has a pleasant feel to it. I did receive a partial replacement, but I have yet to wash it. I only got the duvet cover (no pillowcases), which was stuffed into a too small mailer poly envelope with no padding. The cover did not come in any kind of protective packaging, nor did it come in a bubble mailer, and it had been crammed into the envelope too tightly. In transit, the mailer had ripped open. There was also a mysterious coil of black thread, which I initially mistook for hair but was later discovered to be thread. I'm not sure what the black thread was for. I stopped checking stitching because it was pointless for me. Customer service was adequate, though I felt compelled to force the replacement, so it was not a pleasant experience. Original review: br>br> br>br>I just got this today and took it out of the package. There are so many loose threads and entire sections of unraveled stitching. I contacted the seller, and the first response I received was uninspiring, implying that it was normal and that there was a 90-day warranty if tears or holes developed. If this is the state of a brand new product, I'm not sure I want to put my faith in a 90-day warranty. I sent these photos depicting various sections and am awaiting a response. I'm hoping this is a one-off and not a trend, or else I'll have to return to Amazon. For the time being, I'm going to order a few different brands to compare. So far, I'm giving this a 0/5 and will not recommend this brand or product. br>br>And the worst part is that I didn't even photograph all of the loose threads.

They're the most comfortable bedding I've ever had on my bed in all of my years on this planet. I'm a college athlete who works two jobs and gets up at 5 a. m. every day, and these sheets put me to bed like a baby. I don't want to get out of bed because they're so nice and cool. Also, I live in California and sweat a lot at night, but this bedding has helped me sleep 1000 degrees cooler.
