Yes, it comes with a pillow that is vacuum sealed.
So far, I haven't been able to figure It didn't feature a zipper, which I was disappointed in. My sewing machine will be used to sew a zipper into it when I open it up and sew on the seam.
The only pillow we have is ours

This was a joke (fairly There are actually only 1 star for the price, as it's like $15 on eBay) but every time a friend sleeps over it's In the attached picture, I have my friend dressed in a milk costume with a pillow for a Do you think you'll be able to sleep It's as if he's made of a material that makes it impossible for you to grasp him. If his friends aren't over, he will sit under my bed all by himself. The pillow my 13 yr old loves is made of super soft materials. Her first phone came in the mail at the same time, but she was more excited about her pillow.

Anyone interested in finding out its actual dimensions should know that it's 34cm x 106cm, or 13" x 19". The size of this piece is 5 in. by 42 in. I find it is more convenient than a regular dakimakura, even though it's a bit smaller. This product is well printed and of high quality It came all wrinkly, as well, from shipping.
