I gave it to someone as a present. I believe the backside was just gold embroidery, and the front only had words.
The pillow is very nice, but it does not have a cover. The printing is on the pillow, and there is no cover. I really like it.

The fact that it had scripture and writing on both sides was a huge plus for me. I liked the fabric and the size of the pillow; it was perfect!.
The pillow is of good quality, and the front of the pillow matches the gift I'm giving my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. I would not have bought it if I had read the description carefully. I don't like religious messages and think it's arrogant to put them on a product, so I'll probably cover them up by stitching a similar fabric over the back of the pillow.
The back of the card has a wonderful saying. It's a small pillow, but it's ideal for tucking in amongst others.
