That's not the case, in my opinion. The inserts are 22 x 22 and I would have liked them to be fluffier, given that the cover is 20 x 20. My pillows are stuffed full of my favorite things. It was disappointing, but I ended up keeping Oh, and someone suggested putting them in the dryer, but that didn't work either.

Several of the pillows I ordered were 10x10 and 9x9 in size. We had a look at the smaller one because it was more expensive. It turns out they came from the same seller, both were different price ranges, 2 different packages, same size, 10 x 10. There was no response from the seller when I reached out to them, and they have a NO RETURN policy for pillows. It must be in its original packaging if it is intact Having to remove the darn thing to measure it was not an option. There is too much stuffing, and if you cover it with anything other than a thin sheet, it will be enormous. Furthermore, the interior does not have a lining and the fill is quite rigid. I like the zippered cover for this case because it is well made and looks good. The zipper is hidden so there is no chance of it poking you. My issue is that the seller sold the same item at different prices from 2 different sites so it appears to be from 2 different places, there was no communication, and the item cannot be returned. A 9x9 order from another company turned out perfectly, and they were quick, pleasant to deal with, and I would order from them again if need be.
Due to the fact that I no longer needed the three euro pillows by the time they arrived, and it was too late to cancel the order, I cannot comment on their quality. In fact, I only needed to open the box to place the return barcode inside. I should note that the box arrived split at the seams. It isn't like the pillows were vacuum sealed inside the box (and three euros is stuffed in a box the size of one). I hope you don't need to return these, as you will receive a 50% restocking fee (which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing) if you do so. You can use feather pillows for this purpose. Even after I deduct tax and the ridiculous restocking fee, I will be receiving less than half of what I paid for these pillows as a refund, and they had not even been opened.
