I recommend these pillows inserts. They are 20" x 20". It has a cool cotton cover with a zipper if you wish to take out some of the filling or need to wash it. Two 18" x 18" pillow covers were inserted into the 20" x 20" inserts so that the overall pillow would have a nice, full look when completed! We like that you're able to use these pillow inserts on a variety of pillow covers, allowing us to switch them out when our decor changes!
