It's fluffy but amazing. My favorite thing about these pillows is that they are so soft! Upon unpacking, I noticed that they were vacuum sealed and that was the moment when I knew they would be good. I would not recommend the other brand I bought last year as they fluffed out so well and were so much nicer. It is the gray pillow that used to be there, now it is the orange one. These pillows are fantastic! I highly recommend them! I also love the fact that the size is so exact! I can fit them perfectly inside my 20 x 20 pillow cases.
