Questions & Answers

Do you have any duvet loops?

If you order a white one, you will, indeed, use the loops and purchase a cover. I've yet to place an order for one. The loop is useful because the other covers you order are "sacks" into which you slide the comforter and which never stay in place.

Is there full baffleing on this comforter? Thank you very much. ?

Yes, it has full baffleing, but you still need to shake it every now and then to re-energize it. Feathers should be fluffed. This is the best feather comforter I've ever seen, in terms of both quality and quantity. In the summer, you can sleep on it, and in the winter, you can sleep under it. I like how versatile and luxurious it is.

Is it cold enough to go outside in the winter?

We had an unusually cold winter in south Jersey this January, and I found it quite comfortable, though I did have to toss it off a few times. It is heavier than I had anticipated, but I love it.

Is This 100% Down Or Is This 100%% Is there a feather in it, or is it just a feather? What is of each in case that is true in case that is true in case ?

I'll never use a comforter with polyester filling again! ***I only had the comforter for a few days, so I'll update if I need to

br>Picture 3 This comforter is inside the duvet cover I ordered at the same time, and as you can see, it is quite fluffy even inside the duvet cover. It hasn't even been washed or dried. After allowing it to air for a few hours, the slight new smell dissipated, as directed by the manufacturer. br>br>Picture 2: br>br>Picture 3: br>br>Picture 4 The packaging includes a satisfaction guarantee as well as unpacking instructions. This is a fantastic comforter! br>br> The quality is excellent; it fluffs up beautifully, is the perfect weight, is soft right out of the bag, and is incredibly comfortable. It was well-packaged, with a vacuum-sealed bag inside a breathable fabric bag, and shipped in an Amazon cardboard box that was solid and sealed. I'll never go back to a polyester fill comforter at this point! br>br>Now, let's talk about the comforter's complaints. br>br>First and foremost, do some research before purchasing a down comforter if you are unfamiliar with, or have never owned and slept with one. This will ensure that you are familiar with down comforter terminology, production, quality standards, myths, and gimmicks, as well as that you are satisfied with your purchase. I recommend that you look up a third-party review site like supercomfysleep. com. com and goodhousekeeping. com are two of the most popular websites on the internet. com. Both of these websites provide information on how to fill-in the blanks. power, construction, and cleaning are three things that come to mind when thinking about these three things. in the midst of supercomfysleep com debunks some of the myths surrounding goose down comforters, as well as a few other misconceptions. Now, let's look at some of the specific complaints that people have made in the reviews. br>br>Noisy: br>br>Noisy: br>br>Noisy: All goose down comforters make a louder rustling noise than a poly-fill comforter. comforter that has been filled Comforters, in general, rustle, in my experience. If you're sensitive to noise, stick to cotton/polyester blend blankets and stay away from comforters entirely. Alternatively, invest in a good pair of ear plugs. To be honest, I think this complaint is a little overly dramatic and overly critical. The average rustling sound produced by this comforter is comparable to that of a poly-fill comforter. fill, and both decrease over time. br>br>Not as depicted, especially the fluff factor: br>This goose down comforter is vacuum packed by the manufacturer, which removes all air from the product and the bag. This causes the down to decompress, requiring it to be laid out and fluffed (shaken) several times for at least 2 hours for the fluffiness to return, and it will reach full fluff capacity over several days. These instructions (shown in picture 2) are printed on the paper insert that comes with the comforter. If you've never dealt with vacuum sealing or packaging before, you'll be perplexed and believe you've been taken advantage of. You haven't done anything wrong; you're simply failing to follow directions. br>br>False advertisement (claiming that the product is not filled with real goose down): br>First and foremost, yes, it is. Second, down and feathers aren't the same thing. Down lacks the stiff and thick quills that feathers have, as well as the same structure and consistency. As the insulating layer beneath a goose's outer feathers, down is very fine, fluffy, and fuzzy in consistency, and its quill/spine is very thin and small compared to a feather. If the subject is a creature; When an animal, such as a dog, masticates (chews) on down, it ceases to be down. Rather, it will be shredded and separated from its fine quill spine, resulting in bits of opaque plastic and mushy material appearing. And, to be honest, using a photo of masticated down her dog chewed on after chewing a hole in this purchased comforter as proof it's not filled with goose down is either naive/ignorant, or worse, disingenuous and blatant misrepresentation. I have no doubt that this comforter is filled with high-quality goose down, based on the reviews and ratings it has received. Not to mention the manufacturer's warranty on this product, as well as the fact that this manufacturer and comforter are both listed on supercomfysleep. In their reviews, com came out on top. As a result, I am a completely satisfied customer who enthusiastically recommends this goose down comforter and its manufacturer. It's a good comforter for the money, with great filling. manufacturing and power However, as I stated at the outset of this review, be a smart shopper and educate yourself before making a purchase. As a result, you'll be happy with your purchase and have realistic expectations about the product's quality and construction. And hopefully you'll come to appreciate this comforter as much as I do: I'll never use a comforter with polyester filling again!.

CRUNCHY AND LOUD
3/5

Alas! This comforter was supposed to be my favorite! Every single one of the glowing testimonials! Even an 'answered question' that swears it has no sound! No way, no how, no way, no way, no way, no way, no way, no way, no This comforter has a lot of noise and a lot of crunch. To make matters worse, it isn't even close to being as fluffy as the picture suggests. With a heavy heart, I'm returning; the (freezing) search goes on!.

Comforter made of Egyptian cotton This comforter arrived quickly and looked great, but it makes crinkly noises when you move it
3/5

This sound is produced by the material it's made of - It felt like you were crushing a piece of paper in your hand, and it wasn't particularly soft. I don't want to be woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of my comforter. I gave it back to you. I was given credit right away. Following that, the seller contacted me and offered me a free replacement comforter. Excellent opportunity for service recovery. I, on the other hand, had already made a purchase.

This is deceptive
3/5

Such a ruse. For less money, I could have purchased something better. As you can see, there isn't much in the way of filling. It isn't at all fluffy. It's as if I've just purchased some new fabric. I paid more than usual because of the reviews, so either that or the new person made my.

Very satisfied with the product's quality
5/5

The down comforter was delivered in a vacuum-sealed bag. My daughter wanted to open it and check it out because she'll be taking it to college in a very cold climate. My daughter and I took it out of the package and wrapped it around her. It appeared to be very thin and light at first glance. For a limited time only! It became more full as we moved it around. It grew fuller and fluffier. It smelled divine and had a substantial weight to it. It's a thicker down blanket that I prefer to sleep with. I had the sensation of being tucked in. Since it had to be transported to college, the fun began as I attempted to return it to its flattened, vacuumed state and stuff it back into its original packaging. That's when I noticed the "Complementary Bag," which was accompanied by the words "Please use this complementary larger bag for storage and returns after unpacking product from packaging. " "The seller/manufacturer has a wonderful sense of humour. The sheets are thick and fluffy. For a Wisconsin winter, this is ideal. (I did manage to re-insert it into the vacuum pack!) ) For years, we've been purchasing IKEA's high-quality down comforters. I strongly advise you to do so.

Defective / Flat / Won't Puff / Doesn't Look Like It's 1200 TC I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before making my purchase
3/5

Some of these blankets are apparently "defective," in that they do not puff up when the vacuum seal is broken. But I'm not sure if it's "defective" or "false advertising. " I left my blanket out in the open for about 24 hours and even put it in the dryer on the "air fluff" setting, and it only puffed up slightly in some places. Even the puffiness vanished after an hour in the dryer. However, simply by feeling around, you can tell that the comforter isn't as full as it should be for a 750 FP blanket. It's very flat, and I don't think there's enough filling even if it puffs up. Finally, they state that the shell has a temperature rating of 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. This comforter does not compare to the feel of my 1200 thread count sheets. I bought the comforter because the statistics were comparable to a Parachute duvet and it was less than half the price, but you get what you pay for, right? I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Very let down.
