It appears that the quality is acceptable. My husband's body type is ideal for the weight of the twin. It's quite heavy; I don't think I'd be able to handle a larger, heavier blanket with ease. I haven't had the opportunity to clean it yet. The label specifies that it should not be washed, dried, or dry cleaned. That was bothersome, but after looking up washing instructions on the internet, I'm going to try to wash it now. I'm not sure how I'll get it out of the washer if it's wet because it's so heavy. And I'm hoping that the low tumble won't compromise the blanket's integrity.

I have no experience with weighted blankets, but after extensive research, I chose this one for my daughter-in-law. Initially, I placed an order for another one that had received favorable feedback. I wasn't pleased when it arrived. My DIL wants to sleep in it, and the first one I ordered was neither soft nor attractive, plus it came with an unsightly duvet cover. I returned it and did some more research until I found this one. The cover is much more appealing; I hope she likes it, but if she doesn't, we'll return.

This blanket is absolutely gorgeous. It's extremely well-made. It really helped my RLS the first night I used it because the pink color is so soft, and the material is as well. To avoid bothering my husband, I purchased a twin size.

These are a big hit with my wife. This one has a cooler color and a smoother texture than the previous one. She does not believe it is as heavy as her other one, which is rated at the same weight. I haven't done any calculations yet.
