That's correct. I love this blanket; I'm a senior, so it's a little heavy at first, but it's very comfortable once I get it where I want it. I've used it in hot weather as well, and it manages to stay cool. It was ideal in the winter; I wish I'd had one when I was younger; perhaps I wouldn't have had such bad nightmares. I bought one for my young grandson because it's soft and folds up nicely. This blanket comes highly recommended by me; I adore it.
It's a shade of baby pink that's a little darker.
Cold water was used to wash mine. It turned out fine; I dried it on medium for about 20 minutes before hanging it to dry. I adore my pink blanket, and I'm 68 years old and married to a banker. 😊
I washed mine in the same way I would any other blanket - Cold water, gentle cycle, low spin, and low-heat drying I've washed my for about four times now. As I use it on top of my comforter, I have used it five times. There are no rips, tears, or loose threads, so it still looks great.

Until I washed it, I really liked this blanket. It didn't come with any care instructions (at least mine didn't), but when I read the Amazon answers, I saw that people said you could wash and dry it on the delicate cycle. I'm not sure if it was the washer (hand wash, no spin) or the dryer (low tumble, low heat), but the beads are finished. I'm not sure I'll buy another to replace it because it was a bit pricey, but I loved it when it arrived. The four stars are due to the absence of care instructions. It's a good idea to buy it and store it safely.

It's a lovely throw! I'm sure I should've ordered the next size up after reading the reviews, but hey, I was expecting to be floating on cloud 9 after reading the reviews. I requested a pink blanket as a Christmas gift after reading and hearing about the comfort these blankets provide. This blanket was a gift from my husband, and I've used it a lot. It does exactly that for me; I have migraines and can't sleep with one, but this blanket causes me to relax; I can move but I'm being hugged, which provides comfort and ease to my body.

The blanket is quite heavy when you pick it up, but it is not at all when you lay it on your back. Simply the sensation of being hugged by a blanket. However, when I'm having a restless night's sleep - i. e. , kicking and moving all over the bed, the blanket gets tossed around as well, and it's too heavy for me to comfortably pull the blanket with me, so it's tossed to the side and not used in the middle of the night. But, as I previously stated, the blanket is fantastic; it does exactly what it claims to do. It's entirely my fault for the negative aspects. I wish I could spend the entire night curled up under a blanket.
