My name is Bruce and I am an intelligent 70 something male who lost his wife to cancer recently. My king bed can't stand the cold anymore and I need a bedspread I initially was shocked by the variety of bedspreads available since I had never made a bedspread purchase before. Since I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars, I gravitated toward the lower priced items, and that was my first error. The fabric made from microfibers is what I know. Microfiber with a "brushed" finish was something I was unaware of. To me, it appears to be just plain cotton. I was expecting a different outcome, but honestly, I am ok with that. I forgot to clean the spread with COLD water and to dry it on low temperature, in my opinion. I like how the size and weight of the bedspread are perfect for the bed. I am mainly unhappy with how the bedspread smells when it is unpacked it is exactly like a can of oil once it is unpacked. Would you mind if I asked if that is My washing machine is just way too big for it, so it might not fit in there. I placed a spray of Febreeze on it so that it would lose a bit of its That's not yet the case.
This is something I do not like, so I have to take responsibility. As long as I can get it into my washer, everything will be fine. not, dry cleaning may be an option, but the cost will probably defeat the purpose. A huge sigh of relief.
I paid a lot of attention to the price and the weight of this quilt when I decided to buy While spring and summer were upon us, I wanted something that would look nice on my king size bed without costing The neutral beige I chose had some contrast with my white furniture but I did not want it to be too dark. I love the beige color and it matches my walls perfectly. It was my hope that this would come in beige and white like my winter comforter, but I just added white pillows and a matching white throw as a compromise. I was very pleased with the results!.
Despite its good looks, it has a big problem. It has a strong smell that makes it impossible to stand. As soon as I removed it, I immediately put it in the washing machine and added some odor killer liquid. There is no need to return it, it's too difficult to do so. I also believe the taupe color I purchased is actually more of a light brown with a reddish overtone. If it weren't for the off color and the odor, I would have given it a 5 star rating.
The price was well worth it! What a great idea!.

While it says oversize, I find the generous size to be very appealing. The scalloped hem goes around the entire bottom and around the top. There are beautiful drapes that reach to the floor.
Besides being long, it reaches the floor as well. It's a very nice piece of furniture for the price.
This is really nice. The product I bought was exactly what I wanted.
