There is a removable and machine washable cover for the cervical roll pillow. In the inner core, however, the washer does not need to wash. They can be washed by hand or machine. The memory foam bolster pillows should not be placed in the sun. The washing machine should not be used to stir them. It is not wise to expose the memory foam to direct sunlight or water, as this will weaken its structure and significantly shorten its lifespan.
