The only reason I purchased this product is because it has four out of five stars, but the TravelMate cushion was out of stock at the moment I wanted to purchase it. As far as I'm concerned, this cushion doesn't serve any purpose. I can't sit on it because it flattens out completely and provides no support or comfort. The effects of the treatment are more harmful than beneficial. There are only a couple days left until my ailment is gone. I am finding it harder than I anticipated. I'm 5'2" and weigh 135 pounds. Many of the comments I've read have centered around the seller's superior product. There is a great deal of firmness to this cushion and it contours to my body rather than slumping. All the right places are ergonomically molded on the top of the chair. I am able to avoid getting too hot with the gel. This cushion is one of the best because it has a completely gripping underside, so when I position myself on it it stays in position and does not move. In addition, the top and sides of the cover are soft and smooth, so no lint or pet hair gathers there. I can't believe how cheap this is for the quality it offers. In my car, I'll use a second one.
