I'm sorry - The earpads should be firm enough so that the ears do not squish and surfaces are kept free of the ear. The pillow can be used as a pillow (which I usually do) or it can be stacked on top of another pillow (although that might make for a higher pillow)
This garment can easily be machine washed and dried.

I cannot believe how flat and tiny this pillow is. The pillow size is more like that of an infant. I would compare it to one of those Wish purchases.
