My neck hurts and I suffer from migraines, so I have looked into several different pillow types that could help with this problem. As far as I know, this is my first attempt at it. As I lay on this mattress, I must say that it is very comfortable and provides support where I need it. As of today, I am migraine free for 3 weeks and counting. I used to suffer from 2 to 3 migraines a week.
As apprehensive as I was about purchasing a pillow with water in it, my neck pain was getting to me and I have pretty much tried every kind of pillow available today (down, down alternative, latex, traditional, etc. ). So, when I received it, it took a little while to get the water level up to my preference. However, I managed to get it ready on the first evening. My first reaction to the water was a bit disconcerting, but now I don't even notice it anymore! My neck is well cradled when using this pillow because it adjusts exactly in the way I need it to. All side sleepers with neck pain should do this! I'm a side sleeper, and I recommend it to everyone!.
