The item still has the look and feel of a brand new product. There is a lot of relief for my left hip pain with it. In order to ease the hip pain, I usually move it around and place it higher on one side, or lower it depending on how it feels on the hip. The pictures are nice but they are too short

A bolster would be helpful for me if I sleep on my back. Its shape is nice, but the height was not sufficient to provide any support or elevation. I am five feet eight inches tall and weigh about 230 pounds, and I could not feel the pillow offering any support or elevating me.

Having a pillow that actually works is a blessing

In comparison to other pillows, this one actually stays in place because of its length and shape, after we tried several other pillows that kept falling out from between our legs while sleeping on our side. During the night, when I put it between my legs, my legs remain elevated even though they can move up and down the length of the pillow. After several months of use, I can now wake up without my sciatic pain getting worse overnight, since the first night of using it. Many mornings I wake up with no pain at all, which is pretty amazing. It also keeps its shape and doesn't flatten out, which is not the case with many other pillows.

Delivery in a timely manner. This bed arrived vacuum packed, so it needs a few hours to breathe and return to its full size before I can use it. The height is a bit short, but I manage to keep it in place by placing a pillow beneath it In addition to reducing pressure on my hips and back, it helps me relax.
