My favorite thing about this pillow is everything about it. During the last few weeks of using this product, I feel like my lower back pain from sitting at a craft desk all day has been resolved. The cooler cover has a tighter fit, whereas the warmer one has a looser fit. I use it to control the temperature in my home when it fluctuates.
