I received the product on time, and after taking it out of the box it began to take shape very It has a lovely pattern to it - I like it a lot Despite its fragility, it seems It was designed to help my wife during her third trimester of pregnancy when she suffered from acid reflux. This definitely helps her sleep better at night by keeping reflux under control, but the 10in is steeper than she had anticipated. In addition, the wedge is fairly firm, so it's not as comfortable as she would've preferred. Because of this, she has a hard time deciding when to do things. As a pregnant woman, she needs to sleep on her side. When I asked if she could sleep on her back, she said that would be ideal. I received it as a gift from her. Snoring is one of my worst habits. As if by magic, I stop snoring when I use this pillow. I like that it is pretty firm, but I think I benefit from that. Having a 10in might have been too steep and maybe a 7in would have fit better. We were happy with the purchase in general and we will be buying from this company again. When I considered spending the money on these, I questioned whether it was worth it. It was so miserable storing them off the bed all day, and I got tired of looking at them. I got rid of my arm chair style backrests because they were so ugly. Although it was nice to read or watch TV in bed comfortably, I missed being able to do so. A mattress that makes sleeping on your back more comfortable was also on my shopping list. They are suitable for the job. The backrests are perfect for any bed, and they don't look too bad when the bed is set up In addition, I like that it can be quickly flipped to become a sleep pillow by just turning it upside I like the right amount of firmness in the pillow. Both of the above describe me. This seemed to be the best technique, but I could not sleep on my side on it. As a result of not being able to adjust myself to the pillow's angle, I woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Before using the tablet, I let it air out for three days after I opened the box. In the days following, the chemical smell began to lessen, but lingered for another 4 days before it was gone. We aren't quite sure what the dimensions of the pillows should be. When it was all said and done, it measured 25x25x9. It actually topped out at 8 feet and 6 inches. I decided to remove the cover to check for "cooling gel" memory foam on the third day after it rose by 5 inches. Although I did not find this pillow to be as "cooling" as other cooling gel pillows that I have owned in the past, I did leave the pillow uncovered for a short period of time and noticed the height dimensions increased from 8 to 9. There is a difference of 5 inches and I think that maybe if I had covered it from the start, it may have risen to the described 10 inches.
I have given this pillow a 4 out of 5 star rating, however, since the description indicates that it will not slip! The wedge pillow was a big deal to me as I have had slipping problems with other wedge pillows. However, I was disappointed when I woke up at the bottom of the pillow a few mornings ago. Although the frequency of slipping down was a bit less than other wedge pillows, it was still quite high. It seems like gravity always wins at the end of the day. If you do not mind slippage this is a good pillow. It does what it's intended to do, despite its shortcomings in description.
