Foam is all that's in the pillow. I don't believe memory foam exists! The cushion is just a plain old thing. Those sofas used to have it in them when my grandmother was alive. I think it is a waste of money and time to wait for it to arrive. The train is going backwards! There is nothing I could do to make it up to you.

Originally, it was purchased so I could support my lower back since I experience severe back pain. The first thing I want to say is For patients with lower back pain, this product is far too hard. When you have sciatica pain, please do not use it for your lower back. As an alternative to returning it, I decided to place it under my knees so I wouldn't have to carry as much weight. This pillow worked wonders for me and I am now not waking up in pain like I was before I got it. This is valuable for keeping your knees propped up and alleviating foot pressure (which is helpful for sciatic pain). If you are heavy set, I highly recommend this. It is intended to be used by heavier individuals who sleep on their back or side. I previously had a side sleeper memory foam pillow that was way too soft and offered no support due to my weight. This pillow will work as it is intended for heavier individuals who sleep on their back or side. This is definitely worth checking out!.

Since my previous pillow was always going flat, sliding around, or coming undone after rolling it up and tying it around the ends, I'm just glad I found this new pillow. This kind of thing is unheard of in my world! On my way to do a search for decorative throw pillows, I happened to find one of these pillows. read reviews for the different manufacturers and the one with the highest rating had the best I received it stuffed into a small bag and it arrived flat and somewhat lumpy, but boy did it pop back to its proper shape in no time! amazed at how well it worked. As stated in the instructions, it could take up to 48 hours for it to regain shape it might also have an odor and need to be let out to I actually saw that it had been put back together within half an hour and had no odor. My knees have just the right amount of support when I'm sleeping on my back, and my legs have just the right amount of support when I'm sleeping on my side - especially since it holds its shape all night long. I place it where I want it to stay. I was told years ago by my doctor to sleep with a pillow under my knees to ease back pain, but I couldn't get comfortable with the old, rolled up pillow. Thanks for this pillow! I'm completely satisfied with it!.

This is the perfect length for me because I use it between my legs length-wise so my ankles don't cross. I am five feet five inches. For me, it's great under my knees too because it allows me to easily change positions because I toss and turn quite a bit. A nice, supportive pillow for under your knees while lying in bed, and for your lower back! The foam is firm, yet soft at the same time. Originally purchased to use as lumbar support bolsters on our dinette booth in our travel trailer because of a lack of space. These seem to be quite popular! I may buy a few more.

I recently came to the conclusion that I have Restless Leg Syndrome, and that lying on my back relieves the discomfort. It does, however, cause a little discomfort in my lower back when I lie My knee pain was taken care of immediately after placing the pillow under my knees. My knees were propped up by just one standard pillow, but I had a tough time keeping them in place I don't have to fight with this one as it moves freely with me. In addition to its quality, the pillow also seems to be excellent. This pillow appears to be appropriate for washing when it comes to the pillow case, though I haven't yet removed it to wash it.
