Achieved better than expected. There was no way I could avoid disappointment. My hospitality was enhanced with some really nice towels from The Place where Hardware is Restored. Those are too expensive, whereas these fit the bill perfectly. The instructions for washing with vinegar in another reviewer's review worked perfectly, and I haven't had a single lint so far.

It was so good to read the reviews that I purchased eight towels. Three of the towels have fallen apart on the edges, and I regret it now. In order to trim threads from the frayed edges, the threads must be trimmed. Although the towels are soft, I expected more durability for a price over $10 per towel. A little under two months into the use of the product, this happened.

Along with the hand towels, I received these today. After washing both separately according to the instructions, I used them. One of the towels came out of the washer ripped when I took it out, but the hand towels came out perfectly. My whole collection was lost before I’d even been able to use it. If you want hand towels, I would recommend them, but don't waste your money on.
