Questions & Answers
The ring had a separation that was not visible in the photo and was extremely misleading. While I like the towel ring, it has a tendency to rotate, snagging your towels. Unfortunately, they did not completely seal the ring or, if they did, add silicone stops to prevent the ring from rotating.
Yes, the ring apparatus and the base are two different things.
It's a little heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't bother with it. I had been looking for something similar to this. The entire bathroom in our boys' room is decorated with pipes. It arrived on time, in a bubble envelope with bubble wrap around it. br>The ring itself isn't welded together, which is my issue. As a result, the edges where the two ends meet are jagged and do not quite touch. I can spin the ring until the ends fit inside the pipe stem, but the pipe's hole is much larger than the ring's thickness. As a result, it simply spins out of the hole, catching my towels on the jagged edges. This is a significant design flaw that makes the piece appear sloppy and cheap. This is something I would never buy again. If I had known that was the case, I would not have purchased it. However, the photographs do not reflect this. So I made my own and uploaded it so that everyone can see how good the product is.
It had a very heavy, industrial look to it, which is what drew my attention. br>br>What they don't show you in the picture is that it's not a completely closed circle ring, and there's no gasket to keep that opening hidden. There's no way to take the ring off and put it back on. As you grab the towel, the ring will begin to rotate on its own. It will most likely snag your towels. br>br>Be careful. It appears that they could have welded the gap and created a nice, clean full circle. It won't matter if the ring shifts out of place this way. br>br>Disappointed because it's a nice-looking, heavy towel ring with a gap that I would have been happy with if it weren't for the gap.
They're thinner, lighter, lay flatter, and the ring has a small gap. What you pay for is exactly what you get. They're nice because they go with my decor, but if you're looking for something more upscale, look elsewhere. It isn't like this. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, but when compared to a more expensive model, it pales in comparison.
These are lovely, but the anchors are a bit of a stumbling block. The screws that come with them don't appear to fit together properly. They simply yank themselves free from the wall.
It has a gap in the ring, as if the weld was not fully connected, which will catch your towel. It's just a sham. It's important to point out that the circle isn't entirely closed.
This is a difficult question. Close to being a good value for the money! Overall, you get what you see, but the ring was bent and open, oval rather than round. It wasn't worth the hassle of returning it, and I'm not buying from them ever again!.
It looks great in an industrial/farmhouse setting. I believe it will last longer than the store-bought version. hollow ones that I bought. My family consists of eight members, ranging in age from eight to eighty-two years old. 90, I've been using it for a little over a month and it's been great so far!.
They didn't solder them together, but there haven't been any problems thus far. If it separates from the wall holder, it appears unfinished.
