I had not expected it. My expectations for something of a higher price are met in terms of the design, materials, fit and finish. Brushes like this one are more dense and stiffer than regular toilet brushes. A very good cleaning job is done by this device. While I agree that the plastic liner for the stainless container could have done with some ventilation holes on the sides, I did wish there were some on the sides. By doing so, the brush will be able to breathe more easily. The brush is currently placed in a holder with the lid slightly ajar for a day or so to let it breathe.

Even if assembling it seems to be a little daunting, it does look good. loved the look of it, but the top plate suffered from multiple scratches. Originally, I gave it 1 star because there were blemishes on it. After reaching out to the company, they replied quickly and gave me a full refund for the defect. The customer service here is 5 stars. The only way I could have given it 5 stars is if it had not been scratched.
