Generally speaking, people complain about the following things This brush head has a small diameter and is too small for the surface it brushes. They were much larger than those of my old crushes from IKEA and Target. The head on this toilet brush has a smaller diameter, the bristles are shorter, and those attributes make it difficult to reach below the toilet bowl rim to clean the mess underneath. To clean the outlets at the bottom of the bowl, I used my old brushes because they were big enough so that I could do the job with a push and pull motion I had to do circular motions with this small brush head, even though I secured the two sections of the wand as tightly as I could. * I also noticed that the little plate is too thin to fit snugly between the two sections of the wand. There is a movement in this slot, which has quite the effect on the plate.
I was astonished at how small it was. When I put the pieces together I could see it is just the right size and doesn't goof up. It isn't too flashy either, because who actually wants a large toilet brush and holder to draw attention to itself. This product fulfills its purposes exactly as described and does exactly what it's supposed to.
Despite its apparent newness, the entire thing has rusted after 2 months. This is awful.
It's not industrial size, so it looks good without standing out like some of those silly ones out there. Most importantly, the brushes and handle are sturdy, so it works. It was a wise choice to go with this.
The metal handle has a nice look and feels good, but it doesn't stay together tightly. If I want to make a real mess of it, I've got to apply some serious torque. The assembly process was incredibly easy, and the result was amazing! Toilet brushes like this one are much more appealing. I just got mine today, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up, but it seems fairly sturdy and durable to me.
