The one that I got in 2016 started to rust recently. It did not rust where the baskets connect to the frame, rather, it rusted where the baskets connected to the main frame of the wall hanging, like a rusted solder joint or something. In addition to that, I do not see any rust. Basically I am just replacing it because I use a hand-held shower head. There is no middle aisle where the water line goes, so I will be replacing it.
The caddy can comfortably hold four liter sized shampoo bottles (and most possibly more). It might also vary depending on how the shower head curves, but I'd guess that it can hold all four liter sized shampoo bottles (and most possibly more). The bottle should be at least a little bit skinnier).

The white plastic caddy is still in great condition two years after I bought it. I bought it in hopes that I wouldn't have to worry about rust. A very light coating of rust is evident in the corners of where the pieces join, but it is barely noticeable and the unit is still in excellent.
The update is This product worked perfectly with new suction cups I purchased outside the store. The suction cups set me back a few bucks (got a pack elsewhere) but that was what was necessary. It does not appear like it has rusted, so that's a good sign. Due to the utter ineffectiveness of the suction cup that comes with this product and to the fact that this is an absolutely necessary piece of equipment for the product to work as intended, my star rating remains You may want to consider purchasing suction cups separately if you want this product to not move or swing around while in I am hesitant to use it (have not yet used it) A quick summary (Warped Unresponsive) Suction does not work (DR's are not responding Surfaces that are not smooth/flat do not stick to it. I think this is a very nice looking shower caddy of good quality. I love how well the brushed finish matches my new fixtures. With the hook at the top, there is a heavy-duty plastic half moon ring that protects the shower fixture's finish. There could be a bit of a difference in height between the soap bin at the bottom and the shampoo bin at the top to make reaching the things easier The rest of the room is very spacious A 9" by 4" by 21" table measures approximately 9" wide by 4" deep. There are suction cups clinging to the shower wall, but they might be difficult to see. These will not work with the terrible Kohler rounded design tub surround, as you can see from the pictures. Although the product looks great, if the product does not operate because it comes with defective parts then the product becomes worthless. I cannot attach the unit to the tiled shower because the suction cups which are supposed to hold it down are completely flat and do not work. I'd compare this to getting a Mercedes with two wheels that don't rotate, a good looking car you can't drive.
There was plenty of room in this shower caddy to solve that problem. As to finish, we are not that fussy, so we simply bought the color with the lowest price. Could bronze be the answer? The first time I tried it, I liked it a lot. Do not make the same mistake that I did by relying on the positive reviews. The decision to buy it makes me regret it every day. I am stunned to learn that, in just 2 months (yes, within just a few days of the return window closing), the caddy was all rusted. There is a small caddy on the shower that collects water every time you open and close the shower. You don't have to worry about the paint coating. Metal will corrode from the inside out when exposed to rust. 3 months later, the rust became so bad that it fell into my lufa hanging on the bottom hook and I also got scratched by it while there was no septic problem. I am telling you the truth. I find this a very concerning issue in terms of health. Make sure your caddy is made of plastic or aluminum.
Because the bronze one was cheaper, I got it! It was cheaper to purchase the bronze color than any of the others. I didn't think about the fact that it would be hidden away in my shower anyway, so whether it matched my bathroom or not wasn't important to me. I find it to be sturdy and durable, and it meets my needs without problem. The suction cups on the bathtub wall allow it to be attached to the wall with ease.
