The company was good to me, and contacted me to get it fixed. received a replacement pretty quickly. The mirrors are great they give out enough light to let you see subtle details of your face, yet not to much that it blinds There are two things I want to complain about There is a "light leak" at the edges of my mirror that drives me crazy. The light leak appears along the edge where the mirror meets the frame, giving off a bright glowing streak. My second complaint is that the lighted power button is both annoying and not what it should be. This button is mounted in the vertical position, so it is square in the middle of the mirror on the left. If it were horizontally mounted, it would not pose a problem. It was a little difficult to hang the mirror. It's a good idea to get your level out and utilize great measuring skills so that you can get your screws in exactly the right location, and then have someone try to align your level with the screw holes. It would be better if there were a better way. It's been a while since I updated this post, but I just wanted to let you know that I received the mirrors in good condition. You can use one to replace a vanity light, and one to replace your mirror. Getting started is a little tricky compared to a regular mirror, so you need to know what you're doing.

If the supplied mounting screws aren't able to be anchored into the wall framing, I would recommend that you go out and buy 1/4" heavy duty Snaptoggle BB toggle bolts.
