Because there is an empty area behind the mirror used to conceal the plug, the mirror is almost very unlikely to pull away from the wall, but we could estimate that whether the plug will fall within the empty area if you would let us know where the socket is located at the wall.
Hardwired Dimmable LED lighted bathroom mirrors can be controlled by a wall switch. These mirrors can be turned on/off simply by pressing the mirror's touch button. The mirror's touch button must be set to the on position to make it work. Moreover, the mirror lighting setting will be remembered automatically even if it is controlled by a wall switch. The mirror is 36" x 48" and I was very concerned with the hanging mechanism provided with this mirror. The mirror comes with two anchors to hold the weight of the mirror in place in the sheet rock. The anchors provided were not sized for screws, making it easy to pull out screws with a very minimal amount of effort. There is a danger that they could come off the wall with just a tug or pull while cleaning or in use, breaking all over the place if not worse!
If you are hanging your mirror yourself or by a professional, consider safety issues as well.
I like this mirror very much! A very good packaging job was done. The mirror was accidentally dropped during carry, I thought it was broken and honestly, I thought it would've probably cracked. However, when I opened the package, I discovered multiple layers of Styrofoam packaging, which is I believe perfect packaging for ensuring that the mirror will not crack. It is UL certified, well constructed, and the light is very bright, exactly what I had in mind. Before settling on this one, we examined all of our options. My budget allows me to find the best mirror I can find! Having purchased this mirror, I am very pleased with it and will update this review once I have fully installed it in my new bathroom.
There is no sign of any problems with quality. A perfectly packaged mirror arrived without damage, which is a good sign that its packaging was perfect. Having only one power button instead of two is one thing that I do not like about the mirror that the contractor installed in no time. As soon as you turn on the mirror, the defrosting feature will automatically activate. I am fortunate to have a household in which everyone is responsible for turning off lights It would have prepared me in the long run if I had observed that detail more closely. It also requires a power outlet to be installed, which is fine except that the light is on 24/7 (always on). In this sense, I think I'm always paying for electricity rather than having the option of a light switch that actually turns it off (not lit) when I am not using it. Once again, I should have read up more on how this mirror works. In the current state of affairs, it doesn't make sense to return. I like the way it looks and it works well.
This room has no windows, therefore, the lighting could benefit from a little more brightness for makeup purposes, however, thanks to the ceiling lights, it has been working out well and I love the square size above promptly & was well taken care of The package was well-packaged, with no visible.
Mirrors of this quality are very rare. It's horrible, however, the way the manufacturer has chosen to hang the product. By no means was it light when I ordered the 36x36 mirror. In addition, on the rear of the mirror are two tiny holes where you have to screw screws in dead on to hang it. Mirrors this heavy should be able to carry such a large amount of weight. Screws shouldn't be inserted directly into studs in the wall, as drywall anchors are always sketchy for this kind of application. Instead, screws should be placed into studs so you can secure the screws into studs in the wall. Installation design is poor, but the mirror is good.
As part of a contemporary bathroom remodeling project, I wanted a lighted vanity mirror with ample front lighting, a style that complimented the decor, and after almost 3 months of doing most of the work myself, I wanted a mirror that looked like a modern piece of furniture. A simple installation was what I wanted.
The mirror came packaged and protected very well. As a result of the foam pieces fitted around the mirror, it was easier to stage and take measurements before moving on to the installation. They allowed the mirror to be temporarily elevated on the floor for testing. A well thought out design and very high quality components made the mirror and the mounting hardware seem to be very nice. For power, I used an existing recessed wall outlet behind the mirror, which would be hidden from view. Hardwiring is available for the mirror for initial installation, but the plug that comes with it has a quick-connecting wire clip so that the mirror can be changed to be plug-in. It takes only seconds to sign up. This mirror is also packaged with two sets of screws as well as wall anchors to be installed either on Sheetrock or on tile/masonry. It did not pose any problems for the masonry anchors and screws to be installed after taking measurements and drillinged two 5/16" holes in the tile. In order to complete the process, all I needed to do was plug the mirror into the outlet, hang it on the screws and tuck the power cord behind the mirror frame out of sight. It took less than an hour for the installation to be completed. It is breathtaking to look into the mirror! LED lighting is bright, effective, and long lasting My morning makeup routine is simpler and more efficient because this product is well positioned and extremely helpful. In the following pictures, I have shown my bathroom with only the mirror lights on and with all of the bathroom lights on as well, so you can see the brightness of the mirror. One drawback to this mirror is that the defog feature clears out a rectangle that is maybe a third of the entire mirror area, but that's no big deal as long as I can still see my reflection. Still, we have a long way to go. If only it defogged a larger section of the mirror, it would be much more effective.
I love the way this mirror is easy to install, its build quality is outstanding, and it's very practical with a nice That has taken my contemporary bathroom remodel and made it look like something out of a science fiction film. This is a highly recommended product!.
You've done a good job. This product uses REMN eta last setting when powered on along with wall switch. This is from- I was able to fog with the fogging feature. It has a lot more features than the flat mirror and wall light it replaced in iOS. However, considering the ambient light in the bathroom is very dim overall, it would not be a sufficient source of light for a larger bathroom, but it would be sufficient for a powder room. If you understand basic wiring and can properly install the mounting screws, this is an easy to install device. The back should have mounting holes on it if a template is to be made. A precise place for the mounting screws was hard to determine from the measurements. To carry the weight, I installed a wooden cleat out of figuring strip.
