I've ordered this item twice now, and both times have been a disappointment! This is for our downstairs bathroom, and I placed an order for it

It was installed by our electrician, and the power was turned on and the buttons illuminated, but nothing worked. Because there is no Customer Support phone number on the directions or the box, I returned it and ordered a replacement, assuming that the problem was with the mirror. The replacement mirror arrived shattered into a million pieces as well, so I'll have to send it back as well.

It looks lovely on my vanity in my bedroom. Because of the width of my vanity, I still require additional lighting for my makeup, but it is an excellent mirror.
