Where does it get its mounting? How is it connected ?

In the back there's a hook, but it's not solid enough for it to hook. One hook fell off the wall so I reinforced it with duct tape and it hasn't fallen off since then.

This mirror is very disappointing and I just received it. Mirrors like this one are not beveled, they are plain mirrors. I am returning!.
