It had no meaning for me. After two days, it fell off, and they said they would replace it. The replacement was never delivered.
Why not use adhesive instead of drilling holes and adding screws if you don't want to drill holes and add screws? However, if you're attaching to a painted or wood wall, it's possible that this type of adhesive will damage those walls and surfaces, not just the surface if it's a dry/painted wall. The glue will stick to the surface and will not come off. Now, if you want to move to a more convenient location, you'll need NEW glue after you've installed the adhesive to any wall. Check out 3M's Command style double stick tapes; they're the most reliable, but there are other brands and off brands to try as well. Simply ensure that the tape is large enough to accommodate this product, and that the old glue on the product is thoroughly removed to ensure that no residue remains. I'm sure the directions that came with it in the first place requested that you clean both the product and the new area of wall where you intend to install it with alcohol. If the wall is made of ceramic, smooth stone, or metal, the risk of damage is lower. Still, be cautious and scrape with plastic tools; a heat gun or blow dryer may help to soften the glues and make them easier to remove. I hope this has been of assistance. But, in most cases, once placed, it is intended to stay put and not be moved around, as command products are advertised to do. However, not all 3M's do this, so look into it and READ all of the products you're considering. Also, if you have the time, go to a hardware store and speak with a knowledgeable clerk.
I'm sure you can, but if you decide to take it off, it will peel off.
There is no hardware in place. It's simple and straightforward to put together, and the adhesive is quite strong. It's still attached to our camper after a year of use.

Thank you! For our new camper, I purchased two of these. It has a nice appearance, is simple to put together, and is very durable. I really like how simple and modern the design is. They'd look fantastic in any setting. Note: These are made of a heavy metal material, and when adhering to the surface, it's important to apply pressure for about a minute.
I'm not sure how durable this is, and I'm not sure why I'm being asked to give it a "Softness" rating, but it's simple to put together. My paper was angled in such a way that it could not be pulled or fall off.
I hung the holder horizontally on the side of the sink vanity. This review might not be very useful if you install it vertically. The endcap isn't big enough to hold the TP roll on the holder once it gets smaller and lighter, which is why it only gets three stars. To keep the TP from falling out, I rigged a clear plastic ring around the endcap. Aside from that, this product meets my expectations in every way.
We purchased two at first and were so pleased with the product that we decided to purchase another for our third bathroom. The metal is sturdy, and the holder gives the bathroom a simple/clean appearance. The only gripe (if there is one) is that the thicker TP rolls can be a little tight at first. All in all, don't be hesitant to purchase!.
I'm renting an apartment, and the toilet paper holder is mounted on the wall so that you have to sit sideways to use it. I removed it from the wall and replaced it with one of those freestanding holders, but it was flimsy and inconvenient. For fun, I looked for a self-adhesive one and came across this, which is perfect and which I have attached to the vanity sink. I can't say how strong or long the'stick' will last because it's only been up for a day, but it's 3M, so I'm hoping it will.
I like that I can stick it to any surface with the adhesive tape, which is ideal for my camper. I simply stuck it to the bathroom door.
For the price, it's adequate; however, I installed it manually, and the roll is a little floppy. In addition, the tissue hangs down a little. I believe that horizontal would be better for those issues, and I like the look of brushed nickel. It is very simple to use. It is hoped that it will remain stuck for a long time. Until a small portion of the Costco tp roll has been used, it is too large for this holder. Bummer!.
There are no moving parts in this sculpture. We carefully measured and put a light pencil mark to center this one, peeled back the tape, placed it on the wall, and we were in business after removing our expensive brand name holder (that had been professionally installed), digging out the wall anchors, plastering, and painting over the area. It's the ideal size for a small bathroom and can be installed without the use of any tools. Best of all, there's no rotating arm with a set screw that needs constant tightening with an Allen wrench after less than two years, and don't even get me started on thread-related issues. lockers.
