For our new home, we ordered three SunnyPoint freestanding toilet paper holders. Although these stands are simple to put together, two of the three had issues. The two "poles" were not aligned correctly. When we informed the company of the problem, they promptly responded as follows: br>" Let me tell you what I'm going to do. First and foremost, I will refund all three. This is the only way I can say "thank you for pointing out the flaws so that we can improve our product, and you are gracious enough to give us another chance to make it right. " We were blown away by their quick response and resolution of the issue. Their products are something I would recommend. Second, I'll send you two new ones. br>br> Because it's difficult to tell which parts need to be replaced, we'll ship two new ones instead.

I didn't purchase this to use as a toilet paper stand; instead, I purchased it to use as a crochet hook. On the bottom pole, I can conveniently store my thread. It performs admirably for the purpose for which I purchased it. It made crocheting a lot more enjoyable for me. My thread remains in place. It is very strong and heavy-duty, but it is also very light. It is stable and portable, allowing me to do my crafts wherever I want. It can be beneficial to think outside the box from time to time.

Our older recessed wall style holders won't work for the super big rolls, so I needed something simple and sturdy to hold them. It's getting harder to find standard or even double rolls of tissue unless you go with a lower quality store brand, so I needed something simple and sturdy to hold them. The weighted bottom is a nice touch that isn't distracting or takes up too much space on the floor. I do wish the extra rolls it holds were protected by a stainless steel cover rather than being left out in the open. But it isn't a catastrophe.

This was even better than I had hoped for when I purchased it for our RV's small bathroom. It was the perfect fit. It's well-made and well-balanced on the bottom, so it won't easily tip over. I didn't even need to read the instructions because assembly was so simple.

I was looking for a toilet paper holder that would allow me to store extra rolls and found it here. I didn't care for the fact that most of these holders have a compartment for storing the rolls. This one appealed to me because it secures them by placing them on a metal rod. It takes up very little room and allows me to stack several rolls on top of one another. I noticed it was a little wobbly a few months after I bought it. I contacted the seller, who was gracious enough to send me a replacement after they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Thank you for letting me know that there are sellers who stand behind their products and offer excellent customer service.

br>br>The main holder is held in place by a small screw that has become bent due to the poor quality of the metal. Despite wiping it down weekly, the faux finish has tarnished. Use your money wisely in other areas. br>br>.
