Yes, they came with instructions, and they are very simple to install and maintain. br>I absolutely adore it.
It's where you'll find the extra-large household items. I don't know how much bigger a commercial is. It's a little too posh for commercial use.

You are despised by a toilet paper holder. The stand came loose from the base after about a week and a half. The stand began to sway and tilt. I flipped the table over and discovered the screw that secures the stand to the base. "Aha! "I can fix this with a screwdriver in a flash, and everything will be fine," I tell myself. The toilet paper holder says, "Not so fast. " "You've been causing us problems, and we don't like you, so we're going to come lose every day until the thing--" "Bob is stripped, and there will never be another screw to tighten us. " As the story progressed, so did the events. This is a toilet paper holder with a grudge, so avoid at all costs unless you enjoy a grudge-holding toilet paper holder.
This tp holder has been in my possession for quite some time. It has a sharp appearance and is extremely stable. My purchase has made me extremely happy.
We loved it in our newly renovated bathroom right away, especially because we didn't want to screw a toilet paper holder into the brand new cupboard, but after about a month or so, the screw at the L joint that held the toilet paper holder to the base began to wiggle. Over time, this deteriorated to the point where the holder began to lean and the toilet paper roll no longer stayed in place when removing the toilet paper. We removed the bottom in the hopes of being able to repair it, but you'd need a specially designed super long screwdriver to reach the loose screw. Maybe we got a bad batch, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone!.
I like the look of this holder, and it is very sturdy, but after two months of use, there were rust spots on the base, which are unsightly and will require replacement. Regrettably, I have the impression that I have squandered my funds. This is a product that I do not recommend.
This is a nice stand; it's just heavy enough that it won't tip over while I'm rolling off TP. Simple to put together and takes only a few minutes. Note: It only holds one roll at a time, but it's well worth the price because many other freestanding holders aren't strong enough. I've had it for two months and there hasn't been any discoloration. This book comes highly recommended.
It wasn't even close to being worthwhile. I had to superglue the TP "arm" to the metal piece that protruded from the base after two months, and it worked for another few months. But after another two months, everything fell apart, and it wasn't due to overwork. However, I didn't use it because it was in a second bathroom that was rarely used, and I'm pretty sure none of my guests karate-kneaded in there. It was chopped up. It's just that the structure isn't up to par. I'm not going to buy it again, and I'm looking for a replacement now.
We needed to find an alternative to a wall-mounted mirror because we had limited wall space due to a pocket door. TP holder that is attached to the wall. This is flawless and looks fantastic! It's sturdy, and it only took about 30 seconds to assemble (the base is required). It's not at all flimsy, and it doesn't topple over when the TP is removed. It's also convenient to be able to move it around if necessary. It comes highly recommended!.
I bought three of these for my house, and two of them began to wobble, with the top part eventually falling off. Because the small thread and nut rattling around inside the two tubes, there's no way to reattach them once they've come loose. There was also no way to contact the company. It was only a three-month engagement. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
