Black mold became a problem in my home. As soon as it has been alive for a few months, it will grow roots and begin to grow In my bathroom, I clean once a week with bleach- My toddler's lungs were infected with black mold (which it produced on top of itself). After this, I need to be hopeful that the thousands of dollars I am paying to get my house disinfected will pay off before the birth of my baby. This is absolutely horrifying to me. There is no comparison to the experience I had with an Amazon product.

The tray was packaged in a white shiny box with a picture of a red ribbon, which I was pleasantly surprised by when I opened the box. The item arrived in such great shape that it was a great gift. The rest of it works as stated, no issues. The seller also reached out after shipping to ensure everything was fine, which is a nice touch when so many companies provide such poor customer service.

There is flimsy fake leather on the handles and it Velcros onto the bag. Handles are not integrated in the design. Furthermore, it was received in a damaged box and its corner was damaged.
I am returning.

Although the box was totally intact when I received the package, it was completely damaged upon arrival which shows you it wasn't No thanks not for this price. I see how it expands, and it looks like it will fall apart.
