There is excellent glide that lasts, so you don't have to use so much or keep applying it again and again. It is very comfortable for me to receive a massage with this, as well as give one, since my hands glide so smoothly over it. However, I am also able to perform deep tissue work when necessary. It's a great cream for clients who are sensitive to smells. To be honest, it's the only cream I've ever used that works well.
