As much as I would like to write a long review, that's not going to happen. My background can be difficult to read in long reviews, so let me give you a quick explanation. I could use those for a day or two, but if I continued to take them, I would begin to feel worse. Anyway, the past three months have flown by. One day, I was shopping in my garage and found some green coffee bean extract I had bought years ago and previously stored away because I used to use many supplements at the same time not everything separately (out of desperation), so I had deduced that the green coffee bean wouldn't work. From August 2015 to August 2016, I have been almost completely sugar free, except for fruit and vegetables. To start off with, it was an incredible experience on its own. There was no way I could I have consumed that half bottle fairly rapidly as I have used it throughout the day until it was gone. I discovered another half bottle that I knew would not last very long and so I must start shopping for a new one soon! My experience with the various brands I purchased was they contained the same 400 mg chlorogenic acid standardized to 50%. The work of some was better than the work of Ultimately, I found that a product that was standardized to 50% worked well and I even used that. Thus, I want you to keep in mind that I have used small amounts in the past and perhaps that is how I could transition into this one I am now writing a review for. Obviously, it's because I don't have enough energy and I feel awful about it. Yet, I have to admit, I have literally seen a change in my life since day one of using the product. Once I got my package in the mail, I took one immediately, despite feeling a little nervous since I had no idea what I was doing. Even if it's real coffee bean, is that what it will look like? Am I likely to feel worse when I take 800 mg? What are the chances that it will also make you sleepy? Oh my goodness. I mean it. After seeing the results, I was moved to tears. Each morning I tell my family that I had an awesome day, and that it has nothing to do with the circumstances in which I live, but with just this stuff and I show them the bottle when I pull it out of the cupboard.
