For about 1 month, I have been taking two caps of Green Coffee Bean per day with meals, and I have been satisfied with the results so far. My weight has decreased by 5 pounds since I reduced my eating. In addition to the Green Tea capsules, I was said to be able to speed up my weight loss efforts. Taking the Green Tea pills has so far had no side effects on me.
