It's a high-quality product. I fast on a regular basis, which helps me control my appetite. My weight fluctuates naturally, but despite not seeing much change on the scale (6 pounds so far), I've noticed that my clothes are fitting better. I wish the pills were 850 mg so I could take one at a time, but other than that, this is a fantastic product!.
This is a fantastic system. When I take it versus when I don't, I notice a difference. The only problem is that it makes my stomach feel a little queasy, forcing me to go to the bathroom. But that's not a complaint because I'd rather get all the waste out of my system and lose weight than gain weight.
I got my bottle at the end of April, and I didn't take the two tablets a day because I work out, like lifting weights and doing push ups, and I figured that would make up for the second tablet. Hello, I just finished my third bottle of Green Coffee Bean Extract, and I'm writing this review because, unlike other products I've tried, this one works. I also placed an order for three more bottles (a great deal if you buy three at once) and will begin using them right away. I wouldn't miss a single day if it were up to me! They do, in fact, make you feel satisfied before you start eating. I eat just enough to satisfy my hunger, but I know when to stop before I turn into a pig. I eat about half of what I used to and have lost weight as a result. I only gained a few pounds at a time until my clothes became too small and I had to size up. Thank goodness, I'm downsizing now. I am confident that you will enjoy this product as much as I do. You must take them before your main meals and remember to do so. This is an excellent item!!.
