I purchased this item solely based on the reviews. I was a little skeptical at first. They don't always work, just like most diet pills. These people have, and it didn't make me sick or jittery because it didn't contain caffeine. It definitely curbs sugar cravings (of which I am guilty) and reduces appetite. It's so low that it's practically non-existent. So far, this is the best product I've tried. I started out weighing 225 pounds and lost 10 pounds in a month. I placed another order and lost another 5 pounds. I'm excited to see where I'm at, but I'm going to keep using this product because it works so well at reducing sugar intake, but I do find myself up at night with the kids, and that sugar craving just spikes up after I've slept off the pills' effect. I believe that as long as you have some self-discipline when it comes to dieting, you will be fine; however, as with most diets, if you don't, you will be taking steps backwards toward your goal.

So, there you have it. br>This brand, along with some apple cider vinegar pills, has worked wonders for me. I began my diet on Sunday. At 227, I was in the middle of the pack. My diet deserves credit as well, as I've tried to limit my carb intake and eliminated soda and anything else that might be considered unhealthy from my diet. I do 30 minutes of vigorous exercise every day and go for walks whenever I can. My job also necessitates that I be on my feet for the majority of the day. I weighed myself today (Wednesday) and came in at 219 pounds. That's an 8-pound gain in just three days! I'm sure my new regimen has helped, but I've never lost weight so quickly; I'm aware that some, if not the majority, of the weight loss is water weight, but I'm still thrilled. I'll try to provide more information by October, but so far, everything has gone smoothly. Also, I almost forgot to mention that instead of the recommended dosage of three pills per day, I only take two. I take ACV and Garcinia 30 minutes before breakfast, skip lunch, and then take it again 30 minutes before dinner. Let's be honest, shall we? I don't believe there is such a thing as a magic weight-loss pill. Having said that, I believe and hope that Garcinia Cambogia Extract delivers on its promises. For the past two months, I've been taking it three times each day. I'm not sure what effect it has on me. I'm just going to keep going. In 2018, I lost 110 pounds (from 300 to 190), and yes, I ate well and exercised every day, with no cheat days. Did the pills make a difference? I'm not sure, but they're a part of my daily routine and will remain so for the foreseeable future because I don't want to mess with success.
