Hair in large clumps is falling out in a steady stream. My hair was so thin that you could see my scalp through it. It had been a nightmare. I went to a dermatologist who just prescribed a shampoo, but I knew there was more to it, so I called my family doctor and requested blood work, which revealed that my vitamin D levels were extremely low, like in the low teens (normal is between 20 and 50), so I ordered this and started taking it with Biotin from the same brand, and honestly, it took weeks to see any results, so be patient, but about 7 weeks in I started seeing less and less hair fall off and jus I'm going to keep taking it, and I've already recommended it to a few people. There's no reason to waste a bottle because it will last a year. My skin is also silky and soft like a baby's. If anyone is interested, I will post a review with pictures under the biotin. Someone checked in with me after I made my purchase to see if I was happy. I used to be like that, and I still do. br>br>In addition, if your supplements arrive cloudy, there is nothing wrong with them. Coconut oil solidifies when it becomes cold. Coconut oil has a melting point of 76° F. If your product was shipped or stored below that temperature, it will be fully cloudy or with cloudy "bits" inside; this is perfectly normal and does not indicate a problem with your product if it smells good (coconutty) and is still within its expiration date. Take a few moments to roll the capsules in your hands. Your hands' heat will cause them to warm up, and they will become crystal clear. I ordered a bottle of this a few weeks ago and was pleased with the results, so I ordered another for my girlfriend and was surprised to find that the most recent bottle was different. Even after an hour in the fridge, the new gel caps did not become cloudy. This indicates that the newer batch is made of a different oil. Coconut oil is not one of them. I'm going to try to get in touch with the company to see if there was a problem with this batch. The batch numbers and dates on the two bottles are different.

The product has a rancid odor and does not cloud up as coconut oil should. In the same purchase, I got a bottle of K2 in coconut oil, which smells great and gets cloudy just like it should. I'm going to return this D3 and look for something else.
