This was not a vitamin deficiency, I truly cannot believe it. Hence, I am going to see a nutritionist to find out if I have any other deficiencies. Moreover, my wife is a PhD chemist who says USP deals are not to be taken lightly. You need to work REALLY hard to achieve this. Especially since this is the only brand with the seal on it, I will only be buying this brand in the future! Great stuff! The item will be bought again in the future.
Only when I am driving home in the morning or on my days off do I see any sunlight. I have definitely been able to overcome my deficiency with the help of this vitamin. There was more energy in the air.
It is great that this brand of vitamin D is available. You may find that this product may be useful if you have frequent upper respiratory infections and shortness of breath. A doctor checked my daughter's vitamin D levels since she seemed short of breath after walking even a short distance. The level was low, as I suspected. In addition to the 5,000 IU we take every day, we supplement with other vitamins and minerals. It's a bonus for her that she breathes better. It hasn't been long since she missed a day of school. Fall and winter are typically the seasons when she misses several classes due to upper respiratory infections.
Despite being prescribed 10,000 iu daily, I have to take two of these daily to have any effect at all. I also take a multivitamin in conjunction with this product, and using my light therapy in conjunction with this product has been of help in helping ward off serious seasonal.
It was immediately apparent when you opened the bottle that the smell was fishy. In research, I found out that this probably means that the item was not kept within an appropriate temperature range The gel caps went bad because the soybean oil in them was not stored in a controlled space. I've had to throw this away. I purchased the brand from the local CVS, but next time I will not buy from the brand.
In this case, I am not here to express my opinion about the color or size of the pill, but to present the truth. I started having blood work done in 2016 that showed a severe lack of vitamin D3 (very low levels of vitamin D3). According to my doctor, I needed to start taking vitamin D3, so I started taking nature's Made 60 Day 10,000, and continued to take it until it was no longer effective. By the beginning of August, I had my bloodwork done, and my physician told me that I have adequate levels, which is great news! In fact, this is not the first time that I trust this brand, because I had a similar issue with my iron levels several years ago, and ever since I have taken my vitamins regularly (nature's made) I have not had any more issues with this. I love this company!
All the best!.
It was a very easy decision for me because I have been told to take 5000IU, so I am glad I found the 5000IU dosage in one pill instead of five 1000IU pills. It seems too much of this higher dosage is hard to find in a single pill for some reason. This product was very convenient for me because I did not want to swallow a whole lot of pills just to make up for the dosage, nor would I want to choke on a huge pill. These transparent softgels are and small enough that I can easily swallow them after breakfast. I had less Vitamin D in my blood because I work indoors and do not get enough sun in the summer. My doctor advised me to take extra Vitamin D. I was also told that taking Vitamin D would brighten my mood (as it's believed that if you are deficient, you'll feel down - have you tried that? - I am so glad! You are certainly happier when the sun is shining! I love it). It doesn't really matter whether I take these pills for a few weeks or a month because over time I always feel better. Three times each week, I take 5000IU of vitamin A. Considering that it is a higher dosage in this form, I still have no complaints as to how it affects my stomach. In the event that I run out, I will order more.
On the back of the softgel are the "Supplement Facts," which show that one softgel represents 1250% of your recommended daily consumption. There is also the statement that the FDA hasn't approved these softgels. In the week following my start taking these, I went to the doctor for a checkup to ensure I was doing okay. In the end, she explained that the recommended dose is about 400 IU and that I was taking much more than recommended. According to the National Institutes of Health, an average of 400-800 IU of vitamin D per day is recommended. Although these softgels seemed to help me at first, both my husband and I started getting strong headaches after a few weeks of taking them. As well as feeling sick and dizzy, I have been feeling It appears that these are all symptoms of being exposed to.
