Suck it up quickly! Well, I have to agree with some of the other posters that these things stink and taste awful, so swallow quickly and don't waste time! I'm sure they're a fantastic product, and the fact that they're packaged in glass bottles rather than plastic is a huge plus for me. It keeps the contents of the refrigerator fresher and safer, as well as being better for the environment! I only had to deduct one star because of the taste and smell, but maybe that's how all selenium smells and tastes, so please forgive me if that's the case. This is a good company, so I'll order from them again.
