I take this along with my Synthroid and it makes a huge difference in my absorption. It's usually around 5 p. m. when I take it. 00 a. m. , then return to sleep until 9 a. m. 30AM. I'm more energized in the mornings, I'm not as hungry or bloated, and my muscles aren't as sore. This supplement is fantastic for people on synthroid or who have hashimotos, as I do!.

For the past five years, I've been taking 200mcg of the antioxidant Selenium three times a week. My doctor recommended the Solaray brand at the time, and I've been pleased with it. br>br>Selenium is a trace mineral that is required for the antioxidant enzyme glutathione perioxidase to function. According to the FDA's website, selenium is bonded to the sulfur amino acid methionine. br>br>"Selenium may reduce the risk of certain cancers. " Consumption of selenium may lower the risk of certain types of cancer, according to some scientific evidence. The FDA, on the other hand, has concluded that the evidence is "limited and inconclusive. " I have no idea how beneficial these supplements are. br>br>I have no way of knowing. To be sure, I eat my fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. br>br>(As an added antioxidant, I take 100mg of Solaray Grape Seed Extract every day. ) So far, everything has gone smoothly: br>br> )br>br>I hope you found my review useful. OMG! I would have reconsidered if I had known how bad the odor was. It almost tastes like gas, but it aids in thyroid function.

This product has a foul odor that will make you feel ill. I simply threw away the entire bottle and placed an order with a different company. I was pleased with the new item I received.
