pak. I spent a lot of time looking for Selenium that didn't knock you out when you opened the cap. (I took it many years ago and can attest to how bad it can be!) ) All Selenium stinks a little if it has any potency, but this high-quality brand has a negligible odor—and believe me, I have a very sensitive nose. ) I believe I have an overactive thyroid, so I'll start with 100 mcg and gradually increase to 200 mcg if necessary.
Since I began taking Spark, I've felt better and my inflammation has decreased.
The product is fine, but the description, as well as what I received on two previous orders, stated that I would receive two bottles, but I only received one. I don't think there's any way to request the second bottle. It is less expensive to pay the higher price for one item at a time rather than two items at a time. Two stars for completing half of the order; otherwise, a five-star rating would be appropriate.
I used to take a selenium capsule, but now I take these tablets instead. They didn't completely dissolve in water even after being submerged for an entire day.
