I hesitate to swallow the pills since the capsules are unpleasant to swallow. As a matter of fact, I dump it into my coffee every morning. works well since it doesn't have any taste. Since staying on Selenium 100 days ago, I have noticed a positive difference in my sleep. There is liquid Selenium available, but it is more expensive. My 1st bottle has just been finished. This is the first time I have not been sick, also I don't get sick.
A completely unpleasant smell is what I was not expecting when I purchased this product. The solution was for me to hold my breath and then pop it in without breathing until I It felt good behind it, but it became to much of an ordeal for me so I did not take it. A review I read states that the user dumps the capsule contents into their coffee after opening it. The next thing I will do is try this. In fact, I felt my body was benefited by it. Adding coffee to my list of favorites sounds good to me. It would be great if it worked.

Considering my background, I am an RN, so I should know better, but I took the drug on an empty stomach, which made my My plan is to take this supplement after breakfast. Selenium (and this brand) was highly recommended as an adjunctive supplement if you have thyroid problems. A book called The Root Cause (written by a pharmacist, I believe) describes how selenium is vital to those who are in need of additional thyroid hormone.
