Otherwise, this is a fantastic formulation; my only complaint is that there is too much selenium in it. MTHFR deficiency is a condition in which the body does not produce enough MTHFR. High methylators cause me to be unable to clear the substance as quickly as normal, and it builds up in my system (finger tips become numb and tingly, hair begins to fall out). One of the few situations in which staying at or below the RDA would be beneficial.

This supplement contains all of the vitamins and minerals that are advertised; however, they have added calcium to it, which I did not request and do not require. Because calcium inhibits zinc absorption, I'm disappointed that I'm getting more of the vitamin than I asked for, or, to be more accurate, less of the vitamin than I asked for.

I became ill as a result of using this product. I experimented with a variety of vitamins in different combinations and never experienced any negative side effects. For me, there is something toxic in this product. I felt weak, dizzy, and had a strange pressure/discomfort in my chest. That's a first. In addition, instead of vitamin A, the product is high in beta carotene. Furthermore, carotene in pills has been linked to heart disease. Natural carotene found in fruits and vegetables is perfectly safe. br>However, I wish the FDA would conduct a supplement review. I understand that they are not required to approve, and this is most likely correct, but they could provide their opinion and, if necessary, a warning.

Customer service is poor, but the vitamins are excellent. My skin does appear to be improving. My only complaint is that the concentration of vitamins listed here differs from what I received. I'm not sure if it's because of the vitamins or a combination of vitamins, healthy eating, and exercise. The amount of vitamins given out was half as much. Customer service was contacted, but I never received a reply: (Overall, a lower level of concentration appears to be more effective. ).

This product has kept me healthy during my pregnancy so far, and I'm hoping it will continue to do so throughout the rest of the winter. It stinks bad and has a bad aftertaste if you don't eat something substantial afterward, but it's worth it to me if I can avoid the colds and flu that are circulating. In addition, my skin hasn't been as dry as it usually is during the winter. The advantages, in my opinion, outnumber the disadvantages.
