Questions & Answers

A 99 mg caplet is only enough to meet 3% of the daily potassium requirement, as indicated on the bottle. Exactly what is the point of this?

It is possible to become ill from taking too much magnesium, such as 400 mg. Sleep seems to be improved and a sense of harmony is maintained with lower doses.

Are these fakes or are they horribly out of date? Due to my hypertension, I take a potassium supplement on a daily basis because there is a history of PVCs if my Potassium levels drop
3/5

So taking this supplement for my health is medically necessary. Recently, I've been unable to find it in capsule form, so I decided to go online rather than leave it to chance. I found Spring Valley Potassium 99mg capsules on Amazon [my usual brand] with ease. During shipping, it is likely to have happened]. A white label with the date 4/22/22 was placed on top of the bottle with an expiration date of 6/22/22. The bottle was stamped with the expiration date 6/22/22. Can you explain? Having still some left from another brand that was round [hard to swallow], I didn't open this bottle when I received it earlier this month until just last Sunday when I refilled my weekly pill organizer. I was shocked when I experienced PVCs yesterday. Having had a PVC over 3 years ago was a no-go for me. One of the tablets left over from the previous brand worked in less than an hour to stop the PVCs. As a result, I am suspicious that this is either horribly outdated or is not even potassium. Because I couldn't see any point in returning pills, I threw them all away. Trying for a refund is fair, but without the return of the actual product, my chances for success are much slimmer. We all learn from our mistakes It's never a good idea to buy supplements online. You never know what you'll receive.

The whole thing is a ripoff The function is enabled You should be wary of the buyer
3/5

The whole deal is a rip-off Clearly, I wasn't paying attention to this case. Potassium is found in these fruits in doses that count for 2% of your daily requirements! In that case, what does it matter? People are supposed to be ripped off by this scheme. Tossing them in the trash was all I had to do. Unfortunately, I've made a mistake. Keep a close eye on the road!.
