My only complaint is that EnerGold 24-hour shipping was very slow, but in general I was very happy with the product. It's like having gold in a bottle. Since I started using it about a month ago, I have had no problems. As of now, I have found that it puts me into a relaxed state and I'm able to drift off to sleep more easily. '(I am feeling stressed at work and have been having trouble sleeping. 1) I feel more alert at work and more focused, but it is still too early to tell whether it is the gold or the addition of sleep.
