This product lowers the amount of estradiol in your blood, but it does not contain an estrogen blocker, as far as I know.

It was a waste of money. I tried two bottles and found that the product had no effect. I took it as part of a strenuous (for a 70-year-old man) exercise regimen. So I didn't just sit back and hope for the best; this is yet another snake oil product to be cautious of. Supplements are not required to be tested and are not subject to regulation by the FDA or anyone else. As a result, they can make wild claims about a product's efficacy and performance without having to rely on testing or data. I'm not sure who we can trust anymore, but I'm pretty sure it's not Big Pharma or our doctors, who only prescribe drugs to mask symptoms and treat nothing. Who can we trust when it comes to nutrition and supplements because they were taught little or nothing about them in medical school?.
