Wow, I have been taking this in my coffee every morning, half a teaspoon in a cup. I've been feeling great for 3 days now, and I don't remember feeling this great before. The alarm went off this morning and I jumped up to dance instead of moaning and aching and wishing I could stay in bed. It is impossible to say what the h is wrong with me but by golly I feel fantastic.
The roots are pure. The product contains no filler. Whenever I am feeling anxious, I make it into a tea and drink it every afternoon to calm myself down. The herbal mixture produces a mild, soothing flavor when mixed with water- Do not get overwhelmed or overwhelmed by anything. This product has so far lived up to my expectations!.

Adding 1/4 cup to my coffee each morning is my favorite way to get my caffeine fix I add 1/2 teaspoon of oatmeal to my coffee (with fiber powder and sugar) I can now drink coffee without feeling sick (or without cream) and it's not as painful as before. I'm not going to swear this is working exactly as well as I think it is, because there are so many variables here, but, I haven't been in pain lately, and the product may be doing the trick.
