The product has been reformulated for 2018 to include GutGuard since the product was formerly known as DGL. Before they changed it, this was one of the better DGL products. It is the same price, but only comes in a half dose and tastes pretty bad in my opinion. I am saddened.

For years I have been using these and they have reduced my heartburn and acid reflux. However, when they changed the flavor, I was pretty mad at them. Rhizinate is one of the many supplements good for healing leaky guts, as it helps digestion. It is a good brand for supplements, and I buy my Berberine and B- vitamins from them There are no complaints from me about this brand as well. Amazon is much less expensive than many supplement vendor sites, so I am grateful for the lower price. The flavor is very pleasant at first but has a distinct aftertaste, I find this to be true of many licorice derivatives, so it is no complaint about.
