The product isn't bad, but if you take prescription hypertension medication, one of the ingredients, possibly Rice Bran, can decrease the effectiveness of the medication, causing your blood pressure to rise. It may not happen to every person who takes hypertension medication, but it did happen to me, too, which is unfortunate since it had the effect of boosting energy.

Since I tried eating beet juice and found it too strong in flavor, I got this instead. The chewing is easy, the taste is good, but maybe it's because of the grape seed extract, but they are a bit irritating to my throat. I have just ordered my second package, and I am beginning to get used to the taste. I have to drink some water after chewing it, but then it's good. The new design is good to me. After reviewing my initial review, I like these a lot more I think the pills lower my blood pressure because they do not irritate my throat, they taste good, and I don't notice any throat irritation.
