It has been my practice to take it as is (in capsule form), but capsules can also be opened and emptied into water IF desired, though I have no idea how it tastes.

We recommend contacting the Amazon seller directly to determine which formula is in stock.
The only time I have taken it was an occasional dose, so I cannot comment on its long-term effect. However, I did notice any great difference in its effect with just occasional use.
There was no benefit to me from it. I found that generic viagra worked well and was inexpensive.
